Professionals - Learning Collaborative Methodology

Through learning collaborative methodology, NC CTP works with clinicians, senior leaders, supervisors, and other stakeholders to implement and sustain evidence-based treatment models.

We know that simply attending a training for a day or reading a manual is not enough.

Our learning collaborative process includes:

  • Four in-person learning sessions (two days each)
  • Expert consultation to support fidelity to the model
  • Engagement of leadership, front line staff, families, and the community in the implementation process
  • Action periods between learning sessions
  • Data-driven decision making

As a result, agencies that work with us see actual changes in practice that directly impact therapeutic outcomes for children, youth, families, and communities.
