Thank you for training with the North Carolina Child Treatment Program (NC CTP)! One service NC CTP offers is the Provider Roster, a searchable list of NC CTP-trained providers in North Carolina who are currently accepting referrals. The intent of the NC CTP Provider Roster is to assist families and professionals in locating providers trained across an array of evidence-based mental health treatment models (EBTs).

Please allow 5-10 minutes to complete the roster enrollment form below, which will provide NC CTP with your practice and contact information. This information will be published on the Provider Roster within 1-2 weeks of submission.
