Ada White, MA, joined the North Carolina Child Treatment Program in July 2024 as the Recruitment, Outreach, and Development Strategist. With over ten years of experience in the nonprofit sector—specializing in patient advocacy, public health education, and program management—Ada leads initiatives to broaden the program’s reach through strategic marketing, community outreach, and partnership development. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Elizabeth City State University and Master’s in Urban Education Community Counseling from Norfolk State University. In her role, Ada actively recruits mental health professionals across North Carolina to train in evidence-based treatments, aiming to support children impacted by trauma.
