Amanda Justice, MSW, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Child Therapist with experience focused on promoting healthy emotional development in children since 2014. Her expertise primarily centers on child trauma, anxiety, and attachment concerns, addressing these issues with evidence-based interventions to pave the way for brighter futures while empowering parents to build strong, healthy attachments. Amanda joined the North Carolina Child Treatment Program as a Consulting Clinical Trainer for TF-CBT in March of 2023. In this role, she provides consultation to TF-CBT therapists throughout the state of North Carolina. Prior to that, Amanda had been delivering TF-CBT since 2013 in private and community settings, including working specifically with child witnesses of IPV for 7 years.
Amanda is a versatile professional. As an author, she penned “Time for You and Me,” a mother-daughter journal recognizing the pivotal role of the parent-child relationship as a foundation for future connections. Amanda received her Bachelors of Social Work degree from UNC Charlotte and her Masters of Social Work from Winthrop University.
