Aminah Weeks, MS, joined the NC Child Treatment Program as the Training Specialist for the AF-CBT, CPT, and WET teams in 2025. Aminah has worked extensively in patient advocacy, data-driven program management, and community resource coordination. She is passionate about bridging gaps in healthcare and social services to improve outcomes for individuals and families. Her expertise includes research and data analysis, program evaluation, and collaborative team development.
Aminah is a graduate of Elizabeth City State University, earning a B.S. in Criminal Justice, and North Carolina Central University, earning an M.S. in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Juvenile Justice. Her mission is to create meaningful changes through advocacy, understanding, and empowerment.
