Faith Thomas-Lewis, BSW, MSW, LCSWA

Evaluation Specialist (ARC), Training and Evaluation Specialist (PSB)

Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC), Problematic Sexual Behavior - Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy™ (PSB-CBT™),

Faith Thomas-Lewis is a proud Durham native and double Eagle, earning both her BSW and MSW (Advanced Standing) from North Carolina Central University. She currently serves as the Training and Evaluation Specialist for the Problematic Sexual Behavior – Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy™ (PSB-CBT™) program and the Evaluation Specialist for the Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC) program at the NC Child Treatment Program.

Before joining CCFH, Faith served as the School Social Work/Assessments Lead for Guilford County Schools, where she led professional development, mentored new social workers, and oversaw evaluation processes for student support services. With experience spanning clinical, K–12, and higher education settings, she brings a heart-forward, equity-driven lens to training, evaluation, and systems change.

Faith is passionate about transforming data into meaningful stories and creating spaces where healing, reflection, and real impact can thrive. She is known for her blend of intention, impact, and a little bit of sparkle—grounded in her belief that how we show up matters just as much as what we do. Outside of work, you can find her curating soul-soothing playlists, journaling by the water, or geeking out over the wild, weird, and wonderful world of animals.
