Grace Stephenson, MSW, has been with CCFH since 2023, and with NC CTP since 2025. Grace serves as the Training and Evaluation Specialist for Learning and Empowerment for Adoptive Families (LEAF) program, as well as the Evaluation Specialist and Senior Leader Trainer for the Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Written Exposure Therapy (WET) programs. Grace received her Bachelor of Social Work from Texas Christian University, then served two years as a member of City Year AmeriCorps in Washington, D.C. She then earned her Master of Social Work at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a concentration in Community, Management, and Policy Practice. Grace’s interests include pursuing systems-level, solution-focused approaches to addressing injustice and inequality, fostering trauma-informed social support systems, and mental health advocacy and suicide prevention.
