Jessica Hubbard, MSW, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Supervisor in the state of North Carolina. Ms. Hubbard is a Senior Leader trainer for the Problematic Sexual Behavior – Cognitive Behavioral Therapy™ (PSB-CBT™) team at the NC Child Treatment Program, which supports youth with problematic sexual behaviors across the state of North Carolina through delivery of the PSB-CBT™ evidenced-based treatment model. In addition to her work at NC CTP, Ms. Hubbard oversees a clinical program within a county Department of Social Services, where she provides clinical services to children involved with the child welfare system, as well as clinical supervision and training. She also serves as a rostered provider for the state of North Carolina to complete Child/Family Evaluations and Clinical Assessments of Protective Parenting, and partners with the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a Field Instructor for Master of Social Work students.
Ms. Hubbard has worked in the field of child maltreatment throughout her career, with previous experience including positions as an investigator for child protective services and as a Therapist and Clinical Supervisor at a Child Advocacy Center. Ms. Hubbard is certified and rostered in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Problematic Sexual Behavior – Cognitive Behavioral Therapy™ (PSB-CBT™), Structured Psychotherapy for Adolescents Responding to Chronic Stress (SPARCS), and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and is certified as an Adoption Competent Therapist. She is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Ms. Hubbard completed her undergraduate studies at North Carolina State University, where she received a Bachelor of Social Work degree with a minor in Women and Gender Studies. She completed her Master of Social Work coursework at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
