Kianna Daye

Program Coordinator, NC Child Treatment Program; Training Specialist (DBT, TF-CBT with Complex Trauma)

Kianna Daye is the Program Coordinator for the North Carolina Child Treatment Program at the Center for Child and Family Health. A Durham native, she brings over a decade of experience working alongside children, families, and community partners across North Carolina. In her role, Kianna supports program operations, coordinates logistics for statewide trainings, and helps ensure staff and partners have what they need to serve communities effectively. Kianna also serves as the Training Specialist for the Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and TF-CBT with Complex Trauma training teams. Her background in education and nonprofit work has grounded her in the importance of thoughtful organization, clear communication, and relationship-building.
