Natreace Buie is an accomplished, results-driven professional with experience in healthcare, human services, and project management since 2009. Natreace currently serves as the Training Specialist for the Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC), Bounce Back, and Components for Enhancing Clinician Experience and Reducing Trauma (CE-CERT) teams at the NC Child Treatment Program, where she develops and maintains comprehensive project management systems, collaborates on recruitment strategies, and manages application processes for learning collaboratives. Natreace’s work is driven by a deep passion for inspiring others and facilitating their journeys toward personal and professional growth. Her commitment to making a meaningful impact is evident in her approach, as she continually strives to enhance the lives of those she serves through innovative training solutions and dedicated support.

Natreace is adept at project and event management, specializing in the development of transformative training programs that empower individuals and organizations. Prior to her work with NC CTP, Natreace led the statewide implementation of NCCARE360 with The Arc of North Carolina, training over 100 employees to effectively navigate the Unite Us platform to coordinate resources for clients. Natreace earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Queens College in New York, graduating with honors.
