Rebekah Lim, MPH, joined CCFH in 2023 as an Evaluation Specialist. Rebekah provides evaluation support to NC CTP Evidence-Based Treatment (EBT) training teams by monitoring client and clinician status and sharing progress data throughout the learning collaborative. She also uses evaluation tools to identify ways that evidence based treatment teams can continue to improve. In addition to program evaluation, Rebekah supports the Senior Leader training track as a Senior Leader Trainer, providing tools and strategies for agency leadership and clinical supervisors to sustain their EBT program implementation.
